Brand new small child lilac base (quality, fully lined) embellished with applique and crystal and lilac gems that will sparkle on stage. Headpiece included (simply attach to side of head with hairclips). There is quite a bit of stretch to the 'official' measurements below. The costume actually squeezed onto my size 8 body board, so it should fit a 6-7 year old easily.
