Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or wrong decision. Please take note of the costume measurements in the item description to check that it will fit. If unsure, please contact us to double check.

If an item is defective or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund within 30 days of ordering. Please note, it is quite normal for a few gems to fall off a costume over time – due to the rigours of dancing. A small bag of spare gems is included with each purchase so that they can be re-attached if needed.  Please see instructions on how to attach missing gems.

Please contact us for postal instructions for the return of a costume. Shipping costs for returning the item are to be covered by you. We recommend tracked postage or insurance because we can only refund once the item has been received. We are not responsible for items ‘lost in the mail’. The costume must be unworn and in the original supplied condition to be eligible for a refund.
