Shipping information

Domestic shipping

For shipping within Australia, there are two options:

$11 - Standard tracked (usually delivered in 4-10 business days depending on your location).

$15 - Express post (usually delivered within 1-4 business days depending on your location).

We endeavour to dispatch items within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Please factor this into postage times.

The above time-frames apply to ready-made costumes. For custom orders, we will supply an estimated delivery date.

International shipping

International shipping is available. There are two options – one for the United States of America and the second for all other countries.

For all countries (except the US), shipping is a flat $30 AUD. Allow 10-20 days for delivery. 

For the US, extra tariffs apply for imported items. For each costume the shipping and tariff combined cost is $50 AUD. So, for example, if you order two costumes, the shipping and tariff combined fee will be $100 AUD. Allow 7-15 days for delivery.
