Brand new black bases (quality, fully lined) blinged with acrylic larger gems and AB smaller rhinestones. Whilst the acrylic gems are slightly less sparkly, they help to keep cost and costume weight down. The smaller AB gems have super sparkle power. Great for jazz, aerial or acro.
