This striking blue and black base has been embellished with hundreds of black gems that will sparkle on stage. It has a matching piece of blue fabric for a headpiece (ponytail wrap). Whilst pre-loved, this costume is in excellent condition. It would look fantastic teamed with a pair of black spats for a jazz or tap routine.
