Child 14 / Adult 8 neon yellow Broadway jazz or tap costume. Upcycled size 14 child Dance Couture base in excellent condition, with hundreds of AB gems added. This costume fits my Size 8 adult mannequin well, with the following measurements:

Hips 86
Girth 145

Comes with a small bag of spare rhinestones.
