Pre-loved Weissman SA base blinged with crystal rhinestones. Whilst pre-loved, the base is in very good condition. There is the odd strand of tassel that has gone a bit wavy, but overall it looks in very good order. Biketard under the tassels. Bodice has black sequins on the fabric, giving a shimmery effect.
